LMAO …. !! Thanks for the comment. If that shot went in an album I’m sure it would be cropped ….. :-)

Hi, thanks again. I shoot all my cameras in ‘P’ mode, letting the camera do the work. I also shoot every photo using evaluative metering and daylight white balance. For the shot in front of the window the colour temp was turned down in Lightroom to turn the daylight blue, with the video light keeping the Bride a nice colour.

Hope this helps

Just like you said at the end…WOW…your pictures are well, WOW! I hope you will continue showing your fantastic videos. I’m sure everyone learns something from all of them, I definitely learned a lot about how to improve your shots with the right kind of directed light especially in dark areas, can you tell me what settings you used when shooting the bride on her own in front of the large window, the end result was just stunning.

Hi, and thanks for the kind comments. Pre-planning the timings of the day with the B&G before the wedding, getting a couple of guests to help with family shots etc makes life so much easier on the actual day ….

Good luck with the wedding, hope it goes well.

Your photo’s look classy & these videos are also very informative. I am a fairly experienced photographer and have been asked to shoot a wedding for a friend of a friend. I have concerns about being able to direct everybody through the shots and also about managing to put people at ease, something which you seem to do effortlessly by the way. I am confident in my ability to be creative & with my technical skill but I have never really been under pressure. Anyway your videos are great, so thanks.

Hi, and thanks for the kind comments ….. I am inspired by photographers Jerry Ghionis and Yervant, and also look through womens mags for the adverts – Posing and lighting. For editing I use Lightroom 3 and photoshop CS5 …

Hope this helps

Hi, many thanks for the kind comment. We are planning to record a couple more videos later this year. I am waiting for the nights to get a little darker so we can get some video light and off camera flash shots in there as well …..

Wonderful pictures. I was wondering what inspires your poses for the bridal party and what editing software do you use?

Hi, thanks for the comment. The only training I do at the moment is for post processing your images. However, I am thinking of doing photography training at a later stage, just not sure when yet? Keep an eye on davenunnphotography co uk website for info ….

forgot to mention that your images are ridiculous (Amazing,Great). I still can’t get over the fact that you say you shoot in P-Mode…. One question…. what is the name of that small light you are using in the video where you are lighting the Brides dress? I love the interaction with the wedding party and how you keep everyone involved and smiling. Once again your pictures are fantastic! I cant say enough.

GTOOtt

Great shots Dave.

And if they were all in P I’m going to start using it more often. You are so right, how many good pictures do we miss while fiddling with our settings.

DaveNunnWeddings

Hi, thank you for the comment. Yes, I shoot everything in ‘P’ mode, letting the cameras do the work so I can concentrate on image content ….

Best Wishes

Dave.
