Time lapse photography of a 3D print on a Makerbot Replicator. This is my first print at .1mm layer height. There is a significant increase in detail compared to printing the same model at .2mm height. It takes longer, but in a print like this it is worth it. The layer ridges are still visible, but are much less evident. .2mm is fine for general printing, including things such as brackets, toys, and iPhone docks. When you have a model with fine detail, give .1mm a try I think you will like it! The 3D model can be found here: www.thingiverse.com If you are interested in 3D printing, please subscribe to this channel for a series of demonstrations and how-to videos. If you have a question, I will reply in the comments below. Thanks!

The Popularity of Photography
Because of the immense popularity that photography has (everyone seems to be a budding photographer these days), many people are recognizing the financial opportunities that putting up a photography website brings. Knowing how to build a photography website for free is one of the many top concerns of Internet entrepreneurs. And why not? With a universal market, it’s not hard to become successful in an online business that invests in great photos.
Photography is definitely one of the hottest hobbies of today. When the Internet became popular in the last years of the 1990s, photos have yet claim their role in giving aesthetic value to a website. Soon enough, people got smart enough to realize just how much more traffic their website can generate if they put up interesting images. Photos became a staple in every website, and in the real world people began to click here and there to capture moments they can post in their web logs, now widely referred to as blogs.
Making a Living Out of Your Photos
Building a photography website without paying any fee at all is the first step in making a virtual hive that not only has the power to reap hundreds upon hundreds of bucks, but is also equipped with the right interface and features that allow the displaying of wonderful, inspiring photos. Nowadays, you don’t have to be a professional to take quality pictures and the perfect shots. Just having a camera phone can go a long way if you have a good eye. And this is why many people choose to build a photography website for free.
So, what does it take to build a photography site without draining the contents of your wallet? Not much, it seems. These days, there are so many sources you can turn to for your website-building needs. Whether you want to build a website dedicated to the foreign exchange market or one that’s devoted to photography, there are tools you can use for free. What’s even more incredible is that you don’t need to know a thing or two about website-building; you don’t have to be a certified computer genius or anything like that. The tools you can find for building a photography website for free are user-friendly, complete with easy-to-follow instructions.
But even if you can build a photography website for free, you need to have at least an outline of what you want before going for a certain software package. Not all tools offer the same features. It is best to list down the top features you want your photography website to have; this way, you can narrow down your options and not get lost in the jungle of photography website-building tools out there. You can seek help in photography websites you admire. Find out which design works best, which style you wish to emulate. This way, you can have an idea of what you want your website to look like. Of course, be careful not to copy everything; otherwise, you won’t have anything unique to offer and may not be really ready for the kind of originality-oriented line of work that photography is.

London, UK (PRWEB UK) 16 June 2012
As they launch yet another stunning modelling portfolio online, the team at La Mode welcome Daniel into their expert arms of advice.
With inspirations such as Tyson Beckford, Alex Pettyfer, Tyrese Gibson, Ashton Kutcher and Will Smith, it’s easy to see that the latest model on La Mode’s books can see how acting and modelling can work in having a dual career in the entertainment industry.
As they promote another successful photo shoot with a stunning new portfolio available online, La Mode London are particularly proud of Daniel’s performance in front of the camera in his recent shoot day at the commercial photography studios based in the heart of modelling London.
Http://http://www.lamodelondon.com have a great overview of what goes on in the fashion industry and the hustle and bustle of model life is experienced by every model who chooses to have their portfolio played out with them. Helen Smith, director of La Mode London says,
‘Daniel is obviously quite comfortable in front of the camera and he cares a lot about style and fashion, including how he looks whenever he goes out of the house.’ She continues, ‘the idea of having fun and meeting new people while at a shoot definitely appeals to him, and his confidence is a large part of his personality. He has made it clear he is intending for his modelling career to eventually lead into a career in acting if possible, and he certainly has got the talent to do well in both.’
Daniel is an 18-year-old teen model who towers at 6 foot one and with his black hair and deep brown eyes, he has very striking features.
When asked why he would like to be a model. He said, ‘I have an excellent work ethic and I am particularly interested in commercial and editorial modelling. However, I would enjoy working in almost any area of the industry. I am also serious about acting, with the basic ability to perform different accents, such as London, Birmingham, Australian, South African and American, even though I have no experience in the acting field.’ Not only that but he has other talents. ‘I also play piano at an intermediate level.’
Each model’s portfolio is professionally designed, each containing a homepage, a portfolio page and a contact page. Each site also has a domain name included in the package, which sometimes is and have added hidden extras with some companies they say, but not with La Mode. The model advice company are currently holding a competition each week for any aspiring model to enter their details on the page provided and win the chance to have a portfolio done for free.
Daniel certainly enjoyed his shoots day and is delighted with his portfolio and accompanying website. He particularly likes the idea of being able to say a little bit about himself and when asked about his hobbies. He said, ‘ I enjoyed studying film and the media, listening to music, art, messing around with computers and technology, working with youth, and of course, learning to play the piano.’
La Mode really are the specialists for advice within the modelling market and with a huge amount of models on their books and a list that’s growing daily, the portfolio website is obviously a real winner for models just starting out. Visit http://www.lamodelondon.com and see Daniel’s portfolio as well as the rest of the male models featured this week.
